Bradley P. Schneider
Brad Schneider is an associate at Green Jacobson, with the distinction of being the only attorney at the firm hired directly out of law school.
Brad is a native of Buffalo, New York, and grew up in the Chicago suburb of Wheaton, Illinois. He attended Washington University in St. Louis as an undergraduate, graduating early while earning College of Arts and Sciences Honors and membership in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society for his superior academic performance. During his time as an undergraduate, he acted in several university dramatic productions and was captain of the Washington University Kendo Club.
Brad also attended Washington University in St. Louis for law school, graduating in 2006 in the top third of his class. During law school, Brad was highly active in the school’s Moot Court programs, where he was a finalist, co-winner of the award for best oral advocacy, and member of the board for the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition.
Moot Court also directly led to Brad joining Green Jacobson, at the invitation of Joe Jacobson after he judged one of Brad’s rounds of competition.
Since joining Green Jacobson, Brad has participated in numerous highly complex, multi-million dollar lawsuits. He primarily focuses on appellate advocacy, contract litigation, securities litigation, and aiding law students applying for admission to the bar, although, like all of the lawyers at the firm, he handles cases involving a wide variety of legal issues and subject matters.
Brad is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, as well as federal courts in the Eighth Circuit, Eastern District of Missouri, Central District of Illinois, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Court of Federal Claims.
