Victory for dealer in Chrysler arbitration
Allen Press obtained a successful result for long-time client Century Motors in an arbitration against Chrysler Corporation challenging the termination of its dealership in connection with Chrysler’s bankruptcy in 2009. Century was one of hundreds of dealers terminated by Chrysler across the country — and one of only four in the country to have its termination set aside by the arbitration process set up by Congress in the wake of public outcry against the widespread dealership terminations.
