Green Jacobson today filed a class action on behalf of 1,200 former TWA pilots to vacate an award entered in a labor arbitration. The arbitration award would give hiring preferences to American Eagle pilots over former TWA pilots who were furloughed by American Airlines after the TWA-American Airlines merger in 2001. The Firm was not involved in the underlying arbitration. The case will be handled primarily by Allen Press and Tim Lemen.
