Green Jacobson continues pilot representation
Allen Press filed suit in February to restore the jobs of 12 American Airline pilots wrongfully furloughed from the airline.
Allen, along with Martin Green and Jonathan Andres, represents a plaintiff’s class of former TWA pilots with claims against their former union arising out of its handling of the merger between TWA and American Airlines. The TWA pilots case has been vigorously litigated for over five years and is currently awaiting a trial setting in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
