Ballroom blues

Bradley Schneider negotiated an extremely favorable settlement on behalf of the owner of the historic Mahler Ballroom against a local flooring company. In the course of renovating the ballroom, our client had contracted to restore some of the flooring with fine Italian stone tile. Unfortunately, the floor ended up uneven and bowed in places, with many tiles poorly cut and laid. To add insult to injury, the contractor then sued our client for its disputed bill. Brad obtained the favorable settlement on the eve of trial.
