Allen Press files Chrysler arbitration
Alle Press filed an arbitration to restore the Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep franchises of Century Motors. Century, a long-time Green Jacobson client, was one of 789 dealers who saw their franchises terminated as part of Chrysler’s 2009 bankruptcy. The resulting national outcry from terminated dealers, their customers, and communities led Congress to create a remedy for terminated dealers to seek restoration by way of arbitration. Century Motor’s arbitration is set for hearing beginning May 10.
